How to set up your orders with Friendlier
There are 3 main methods to order containers with Friendlier
Submit orders through the Friendlier Portal
- Go to client.friendlier.ca
- There, provided you are set up with your account you will be able to submit new orders or product as well as viewing past orders for reference
- If you're not set up on the Friendlier portal please reach out to info@friendlier.com and they can add you to your account.
Set up a Standing Order
- If you have a common quantity needed at set intervals you can let the Friendlier team know to set up a standing order
- A standing order would be the same quantity of cases at a consistent interval, for example:
- 3 cases of 28 oz rectangular and 2 cases of 16 oz coffee cups delivered 1x a week
- In this scenario you do not need to submit regular orders, these will be set up automatically
Submit Orders via E-mail
- Alternatively you can submit orders to us at info@friendlier.com
- Please indicate your account name, the SKU name and quantity of cases
- Our team will then submit that for you on the next available date
