How to set up your orders with Friendlier

There are 3 main methods to order containers with Friendlier

Submit orders through the Friendlier Portal

  • Go to client.friendlier.ca
  • There, provided you are set up with your account you will be able to submit new orders or product as well as viewing past orders for reference
  • If you're not set up on the Friendlier portal please reach out to info@friendlier.com and they can add you to your account.

Set up a Standing Order

  • If you have a common quantity needed at set intervals you can let the Friendlier team know to set up a standing order
  • A standing order would be the same quantity of cases at a consistent interval, for example:
    • 3 cases of 28 oz rectangular and 2 cases of 16 oz coffee cups delivered 1x a week
  • In this scenario you do not need to submit regular orders, these will be set up automatically

Submit Orders via E-mail

  • Alternatively you can submit orders to us at info@friendlier.com
  • Please indicate your account name, the SKU name and quantity of cases
  • Our team will then submit that for you on the next available date
